Our Response to Covid-19: Updated Policies and Procedures

Clients & Friends,

We hope that this finds you well. We want to give you an update concerning this firm’s response to the COVID-19 outbreak and our practice.

Like you, we have been monitoring the rapidly changing Coronavirus pandemic situation on a day to day basis. The health and safety if our employees, clients, friends, and visitors is our firm’s primary concern. That is why, consistent with the guidance from local, state, and federal authorities, our professionals and staff have begun working remotely.

At this time and until further notice, all appointments will be held telephonically or by video conference. We encourage electronic payments made by credit card, debit card, or e-check.

Please know that through this change, your matter is attended to. We will continue to keep you updated, not only on your case but on updates for court procedures and policies. We are confident that when you email, call or message your attorney at Johnny W. Thomas Law Office, P.C., you will notice little if any, disruption to our usual service level.

Clients with access to our MyCase Client portal will continue to have 24/7 access to their case documents and case updates. Clients are able to send instant messages to their attorney, upload case documents, and view/pay invoices online.

This office fully supports our community to rid ourselves of this serious health hazard, through prudent and thoughtful safety measures. We are optimistic this too shall pass.

Please call our office (210-226-5888) or send an email if you have any questions. You can also visit our website for office updates and answers to Frequently Asked Questions.
